We recommend reserving your tuxedo or suit two weeks before your event. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests in emergency situations. When do we return the tuxedos after our event?
For weekday events, please return the tuxedos the next day. For weekend events, return them on the following Monday. A late fee of $10 per day applies for overdue returns. Are you offering any wedding specials?
Yes, we offer a 'rent 5, get 1 free' deal for wedding parties. Additional savings may be available at bridal fairs in January. We encourage you to explore our other promotional offers for potential discounts.Do you require a deposit for a tuxedo reservation?
During prom season, we require a $20 deposit, which is then applied to your rental fee when you pick up your tuxedo.Who pays for the wedding party tuxedos?
Payment arrangements for wedding party tuxedos vary. Often, the groom or his family covers the cost, but sometimes each member pays for their own rental. We advise clearly communicating financial responsibilities to your wedding party members. How much are your tuxedos?
Our tuxedo prices vary based on style and accessories. Basic packages start at $69.50, including essential items like coat, pants, shirt, vest, tie, shoes, and accessories. Designer options and upgrades are available at higher price points. What attire is appropriate for weddings held during the morning, afternoon, or evening?
For formal daytime weddings before 6 p.m., we recommend gray cutaway or stroller jackets with solid or striped pants. Evening weddings after 6 p.m. call for our ultra-formal options, including coattails. We offer a wide range of styles for informal weddings, including various coat styles and color options for vests and ties. When can the tuxedos be picked up?
For Saturday events, tuxedos are typically ready for pickup on Friday. We'll conduct fittings and minor alterations in-store. Major changes can be addressed same-day or on Saturday. For weekday events, tuxedos are available the day before your occasion. How soon do we need to get our wedding party measurements?
We recommend providing measurements one month before the event. It's advisable to follow up two weeks prior to ensure all measurements have been received. Our in-house stock allows us to accommodate last-minute changes efficiently. Is there an alternative option for when part of the wedding party is out of town?
Yes, out-of-town wedding party members can visit a local formal wear store for measurements. These details can then be sent to us via email, phone, or our online measurement card system.
